Korean Traditional Culture Kinetic Media
Working together with the National Palace Museum, the Korea Cultural Heritage Foundation has set up various kinetic media artworks in the public spaces of Incheon International Airport, South Korea. The works focus on certain aspects of Korean culture, such as the Gayageum musical instrument, patchwork or even a traditional door design. Consistent with the lively bustle of an airport, movement is also an integral aesthetic element of the displayed artwork.
