KoorBiënnale is a festival in the Dutch cities of Haarlem and Amsterdam that focuses on choir music and musicians. Celebrating diversity, the music ranges from gospel singers to experimental music theatre. Held in the Amsterdam area, the festival takes place within cultural venues, parks, the forest and the city of Haarlem. The aim in designing this poster series was to visualise the festival’s energetic and optimistic vibe. It features images of three different birds, one residing in the city, one in the forest and one living in villages, alluding to the multiple venues and stages.
