Kö-Bogen Düsseldorf
The corporate design and communication concept for the Kö-Bogen construction project was developed with the objective of making sure citizens remain thoroughly informed. The well-known term “Kö”, short for the street name Königsallee, was reinterpreted and implemented as a logo. This innovative composition fosters space and – together with the slogan “Zukunft für Düsseldorf” (Future for Düsseldorf) – communicates a vision. The central motto “Leben Gefühl Stadt” (Life Feeling City) complements this communication. A harmonic colour scheme of blue and green symbolises a lifestyle connected to nature. The transparent exhibition pavilion was conceived as a synthesis of communication, design and architecture; its modular construction is flexible, allowing the pavilion to be set up in various locations.
