GDI Impuls, the magazine of a Swiss non-profit organisation, focuses on a single topic each issue. Every edition in 2012 chronicled a paradigm shift, a revolution, a radical change or a mega trend. These four magazines communicate these topics with powerful design and painstaking attention to detail. Illustrations, one or more 12-page photo spreads per issue, informative charts and graphs, spot colours and UV spot coatings are some of the elements employed to translate the publication’s content into a strong visual landscape.
