The Garant MD1 mechanical torque wrench is clearly divided into two functional areas, the handle and the display. The required torque is set manually but displayed digitally, thus guaranteeing high accuracy. For adjusting, the mechanism at the end of the handle is unlocked; an orange circle appears as a result, indicating the unlocked status. The tool is suitable for use in medium- and large-scale serial production.

Statement by the Jury

The Garant MD1 has an appealing, particularly long silhouette. At the same time, the relationship between handle and wrench is well balanced.
