The Dreamlight ZEN Lite eye mask helps users relieve anxiety and reduce stress by adjusting their breathing. It creates a strong sense of environmental isolation to promote relaxation. The shape of the mask was designed based on 3D-scanned facial data and produced with multi-layer sponge hot-pressing technology to fit a variety of face shapes. Integrated voice guidance is provided for three breathing methods: mindfulness, abdominal and 4-7-8 breathing. The washable mask with a thin, adjustable strap weighs a mere 38 grams and is comfortable to wear.
