Connect & Adopt: Shaping Adoption Journeys
CONNECT & ADOPT introduces 15 solutions in Yilan and Hualien Counties, Eastern Taiwan that streamline the adoption process and provide adopters with clear information at each stage. To ensure better matches, adopters receive information guides to help them understand the dogs’ traits and behaviours. The project ensures standardised self-assessment and evaluation standards for adopters and shelter staff to increase adoption success rates.
