Folding Chair

Circle

This folding chair was inspired by the minimalist aesthetics of a cable suspension bridge. Its design follows the idea of using the weight of the person sitting on the chair to transform the force into tension. The four legs and the seat cross each other on one axis, and are held in position by only one rope. In the folded position, the rope is used for space-saving hanging on the wall. Circle is made in Japan under the proposition of resource-saving production.
