Charles – Un Corgi à Lacoste

This comic showcases the charming, immersive landscape of Lacoste’s upper village. The illustrations are inspired by the French comic style known as Ligne Claire, with its distinctive features of clean, simple lines as well as bright, light colours. Following French comic book tradition, this comic was inked on A2-sized paper and then coloured digitally. As homage to the Je Suis Charlie movement after the attack at Charlie Hebdo’s office, the adventurous dog, one of the protagonists in the comic, is named Charles.
