CellAED is an ultraportable, easy-to-use personal defibrillator (AED) designed to treat sudden cardiac arrest. The graphics on the front show someone with limited first-aid experience how to use the device in three easy steps: Snap the device to turn on and start voice instructions; Peel to separate the two-electrode gel pads and Stick the pads to bare chest. In the jury's opinion, the readily understandable design gives the user the confidence and security they need to use this device in an emergency.
