Catalogue of The Tree Museum in The Hague quarter Wateringse Veld

This catalogue documents an art project, the so-called “Tree Museum”, which showcases 377 different types of trees, and is located in a residential estate. Here, living environment and art are not two separate worlds, but are closely interwoven. And accordingly, the book is not only a botanical encyclopaedia that presents all tree species in both their literary and cultural-historical contexts. At the same time, it is an art catalogue that describes the project, aiming to bring art closer to the residential community.
