The Casena sauna combines clear lines with an elegantly delineated ceiling structure. A myriad of lights in the ceiling and the accent lighting above the coving exude golden warmth, which harmonises with the dark, earthy hues of the external and internal wenge cladding. The benches appear to float without visible support, thus imparting a sense of lightness and space. The sauna heater has been conceived as an under-seat heating system and is discreetly concealed behind a screen. The warm air flows out of a heat duct into the sauna’s interior where it is evenly distributed.
