The Busch-free@home app allows users to control and configure multiple home appliances and devices via ­smartphone or tablet. The home automation system is easy to install. Users are guided step by step through the program. The structured set-up of the menu, the self-explanatory icons, a clear layout and the opportunity to interact all provide for an intuitive navigation. Interactions are playful and easy, like for example adding settings for lightning and blinds can be made simply by drag-and-drop.
