bob is a brand of A1 Telekom Austria in the field of mobile communications services. In line with the development of a completely new brand appearance, the user concept for the bob app has also been revised after integrating collected user feedback. The aim was to create an intuitive, uniform and user-centred brand. The app enables users to quickly check their mobile phone costs and consumption, to adjust settings and to browse through current offers. Featuring a clear overview, it provides them with complete, transparent control over expenses, to avoid any nasty surprises at the end of the month.
