With this electrical milk frother of the Bistro collection, milk can be heated and / or frothed. With the frothing function it produces finely structured, firm milk foam for various coffee specialities. It is also possible to simply heat up to 300 ml of milk. Once the milk has reached a temperature of 70 degrees Celsius the device stops automatically. If the milk jug is not taken from the base or the off switch operated, and the temperature falls below 50 degrees Celsius, the milk frother restarts the heating process.
