Automatic Rescue Bar

In an ocean accident, a sinking ship starts to tilt and the exit doors become orientated skywards. This makes it difficult for crew members to make a safe escape using the exit doors. Automatic Rescue Bar is an embedded ladder rolled up against the wall, next to an exit. In the event of an accident, the exit door opens automatically if the slope of the ship inclines beyond a certain angle, as detected by the horizon detection sensor. In such an emergency situation, the product is equipped with a lighting function to guide passengers towards escape in a dark space.
