Atlas Landing Gear
The helicopter, with its strong flexibility and mobility, responds well to emergency rescue operations in most cases. However, in complex and harsh terrains, traditional landing gears are difficult and risky to apply even for highly skilled pilots. ATLAS LANDING GEAR is a new auxiliary landing gear designed specifically to assist helicopters in adapting to all kinds of complex landing sites.
It has four webbed mechanical hydraulic devices installed in the lower part of the helicopter. The angle, direction and height of these devices can be freely adjusted to keep the helicopter level at all times. The landing gear has a strong grip and adaptability to help helicopters manoeuvre complex landings, different ground angles and conditions. If the helicopter is about to lose control, the landing gear extends itself to increase the contact area, effectively buffering the impact and preventing aircraft rollover.
After balancing, the landing gear is locked and the indicator lights switched on to complete the landing. Auxiliary wheels are installed under the new landing gear to facilitate storage. When the helicopter needs to be put into storage, the auxiliary wheels emerge so that the helicopter can be smoothly dragged into storage.
