The Taichi series offers a combination of ultrabook and tablet. When opened, the device can be operated like a notebook. When closed, it turns into a tablet, as it features a second display on the back of the notebook. Both screens are also capable of simultaneously displaying the same content, which is advantageous in the case of presentations. The device is lightweight and has a very slim aluminium case.

With the second display, this hybrid device demonstrates high flexibility. The aluminium case moreover gives it a high-quality appearance.
