Ars Electronica in Berlin

The design of this exhibition of international media art promotes communication between visitors and interaction with the works of art on display. This was achieved with special furniture which, when combined with other elements, forms the solid shape of a honeycomb – the main symbol of the exhibition. The furniture is made of neon-red solid wood thus highlighting the dichotomy between artificial production and natural growth. The hexagonal tunnel at the entrance slows down the stream of visitors and introduces the themes of the exhibition.
