“Enduring, not ultimate form”: from “Industrieform” to Red Dot (1980 - 1997)
Animal Protection
This series of posters uses Chinese seal script’s pictographic nature to address animal welfare issues. Associating script strokes with “fish fins”, “bear paws”, and “deer antlers”, the posters highlight the harm caused to animals for human health benefits and advocate against excessive exploitation. The work asks people to consider both the global ecology and the long-term development of human civilization.
