2020 Chungju World Martial Arts Festival

Famous generals and kings of the participating countries adorn the flyers, posters, banners, invitations and other marketing material of the Chungju World Martial Arts Festival in Korea. For the event, two different types of illustrations were created. They produce a coherent overall image and combine martial arts, traditions and a variety of cultures. Some of the motifs use predominantly geometric shapes, graphic patterns and bright colours on a black background. The colours and traditional shapes of the participating countries determine the style of the other illustrations.
