In an intergenerational symbiotic family, some members of the family may prefer chewier, granular rice, while others prefer rice with a softer bite and higher moisture content. 15° Rice Cooker is intended to meet different dietary preferences while retaining the cooking function of a traditional rice cooker. Thanks to the 15-degree inclination at the base of the pot, the ratio of water-to-rice differs on different sides of the pot. This results in the cooked rice containing both chewier grains and softer grains. The inner pot is also inscribed with a pattern that helps differentiate chewy from soft grains.
