Red Dot Award: Communication Design 2017 – submission only until 9 June
There is only one week left for agencies, designers and companies from around the world to enter their works and projects in the international Red Dot Award: Communication Design, which is being organised in 18 categories. A 24-member jury will evaluate every single entry individually and award the Red Dot seal exclusively to those who convince with good design quality and creativity. The final deadline is 9 June 2017.
Exclusive for laureates: the Winners’ Benefits
Besides receiving the coveted Red Dot label, winners benefit from various measures. Among others, their well-designed works will be presented on various online channels: in the Red Dot Design App, in the online presentation and at Red Dot 21. Moreover, all award-winning projects will be published in the International Yearbook Communication Design 2017/2018. Companies, journalists, planners and designers from around the globe use it for their daily work. In addition, the awarded works and projects will be showcased in the winners’ exhibition “Design on Stage” in Berlin, Germany, for one night. A selection of the best creations will be furthermore displayed in the Museum for Communication Berlin.
Red Dot Gala in Berlin
The winners of the Red Dot Award: Communication Design 2017 will be honoured at the Red Dot Gala in the Konzerthaus Berlin in Germany on 27 October in front of around 1,400 international guests. The winners of the Red Dot: Grand Prix and the Red Dot: Junior Prize will not be officially announced until the award ceremony. The international guests celebrate at the subsequent after-show party “Designers’ Night” in the E-Werk Berlin.
