“Discreet in design. Intelligent, effective and easy to use.” This is how the jury described the BAL.ON Smart Kit insoles, which were designed to help golfers improve their swing and overall playing skills. The product includes not only soles with pressure sensors, but also a smartphone app and two small smart pods that are attached to the outside of the shoe. During the user’s swing, their pressure points are measured and recorded with the help of AI technology and nine pressure sensors in each of the two-millimetre-thick soles. Subsequently, the data is transferred to the app, which provides real-time analyses and individual tips for improving movements.
