The design of this compact face powder case, created jointly by cosmetics manufacturer ZEESEA and the British Museum, is inspired by the aesthetics of ancient Egyptian art. The black, high-gloss design of the lid is in sharp contrast with its gold-coloured profile decoration. It shows the goddess Hathor, who, in Egyptian mythology, symbolises prosperity, generosity and benevolence alongside beauty. The exquisite powder case with its elegant appearance has a square shape and an intentionally compact design, making it easy to carry along.
