Yuen Sek -Chinese Tableware

The Yuen Sek project began with the goal of enhancing the positive relationships that form between diners as they enjoy Chinese cuisine. Yuen Sek’s final tableware design includes a soup bowl, dish, sauce dish, rice bowls, chopsticks, a spoon, and a tidy bowl. The tableware is inspired by nature and meets the needs of modern Chinese dining culture. The soup bowl and dish are intended to relieve strain on the wrists while serving. The rice bowls and chopsticks are designed to make picking up noodles easier. The leaf-shaped spoon can be hygienically rested on a table, and the neat bowl beneath the hexagon sauce dish contributes to a pleasant dining experience throughout.
