The alcoholic beverage inside this packaging contains five herbal remedies. In classical Chinese medicine, the ingredients help to expel excess humidity, which accumulates in the human body due to external factors. Five creatures are regarded as symbols of these pathological factors: the snake, scorpion, centipede, gecko and toad. Therefore, they are depicted on the outer packaging and on the bottle itself. Artfully interwoven with patterns, the images lend the packaging a mysterious touch. The gift box can be pulled out and resembles a drawer where traditional Chinese medicines are placed.
