Where Flowers Once Grew
Where Flowers Once Grew is about a lonely, old woman. As she becomes aware that life holds no more meaning for her, she has to make an important decision: either she stays in her stagnant source of comfort or she has the courage to break out into uncertainty. The film combines hand-drawn elements, in the style of ink wash paintings, with 3D animations which imitate hand-drawn graphics. This blend allows for a personal touch of the artist and, at the same time, takes advantage of computer-generated three-dimensional space.
