Shoes are prone to bacterial growth due to moisture that even direct sunlight will not kill. Fungus growth in the deepest part of a shoe has it the worst because it is difficult for UV rays to penetrate the surface and reach the toe areas. SHOE DRYER & STERILIZER is a portable shoe dryer and O₃ steriliser designed to keep shoe interiors clean, dry and protected from fungal infection. With an O₃ disinfection rate of 99.99%, it effectively maintains the dryness and sanitation of a shoe. This product differs from traditional products in the following ways: It has a rechargeable and wireless function that makes it highly portable; it stays in place by clipping onto the tongue of the shoes without sitting on the footbed thus maximising UV radiation; its passive infrared (PIR) sensor protects from exposure to UV and O₃; last but not least, it has a simple and beautiful industrial design.
