The interactive Nemus Futurum visitor experience showcases Finnish forest management by using cutting-edge technology directly on site. Guided through all significant stages of an 80-year forest cycle, visitors can experience how sustainable forest management has an effect on the climate and forest biodiversity. At the beginning of the tour, visitors are provided with a tablet featuring a bespoke app that helps to contextualise the environment and to support the narration of the tour guides. The app applies various methods, such as GPS tracking and augmented reality.
