Corporate Design Relaunch
Katholische Kirche Derendorf Pempelfort
The Derendorf Pempelfort Catholic Church is an open-minded parish in Düsseldorf, Germany. The new logo features an abstract cross composed of the initials of the neighbouring urban districts: a lowercase “d” and a lowercase “p” representing Derendorf and Pempelfort respectively. The cross also forms two speech bubbles and thus symbolises the church’s openness to dialogue. It reflects how the church wants to communicate, namely approachable and direct in their conversation with people and, of course, with God. The corporate design relaunch ensures that both their internal and external communication are memorable and consistent when used in analogue and digital media.
