HIVE is a German start-up company that develops and sells autonomous drone hangars – that is, docking stations for industrial drones – for which it has coined the slogan “Drone in a Box”. The distinctive logo is a regular hexagon that is evocative of a beehive, while its slightly blurred aliased lines reference the technological aspect. The visual appearance is dominated by the colour black, with cyan and magenta used to add colour accents. The imagery is defined by two-dimensional-looking drone photography, and the branding is used consistently across all channels.
