This packaging was created for the launch of the calorie- and sugar-reduced ice cream brand Highlife. In accordance with this novelty, the design was inspired by newspaper layouts. The objective was to create an original, modern packaging for the first four flavours, which are sold in 500 ml tubs. The product name and logo are derived from typography reminiscent of newspaper headlines. The ice cream tub features a unique combination of newspaper typography on the front together with the product benefits split and highlighted in a newspaper-like column format. The product range comprises four different flavours identifiable by colour-coded tubs and cartoon illustrations.
