Gaggenau Restaurant 1683 LA

Zurück Download

“Restaurant 1683 LA” was a pop-up installation and event on the 11th floor of a warehouse in Downtown Los Angeles in the USA. Run by three-Michelin-starred chef Daniel Humm, the restaurant was the second in a series of Gaggenau events celebrating the brand’s culinary culture. The main part followed the concept of a wintry forest wonderland, complete with massive trees and evocative of Germany’s Black Forest where Gaggenau has its roots. The overall atmosphere visualised a snowy forest flooded with moonlight, which created patterns of branches on the floor of the dining space.
