The booth and design concept for the company Gaggenau at the EuroCucina 2018 in Milan, Italy, was developed to stage the products of the company’s Vario cooling 400 series. By deconstructing elements of “grand architectural statements”, the idea was to create a sequence of architectural gestures that correspond with the rituals of domestic culture. The Gaggenau Home concept implied a full-scale representation of an “aspirational” domestic space, focused around an open-plan kitchen. The home included an entrance area, garage, living space and garden.
