Fu-Chair

FU-CHAIR brings the elements of traditional Chinese chairs into modern furniture design. Its round back provides a comfortable sitting experience. The surface of the seat is knitted with a splay pattern, naturally forming the best incline for the human body. Folding it together and locking the tenon turns it into a single armchair. The two original seat pads can be used to place books or magazines. When dismantled—by flipping it downward—it becomes two chairs that can be shared.
