Empire State Building Observatory
The redesign and modernisation of the Empire State Building observatories in New York, USA, have added a dedicated visitor entrance with the objective of changing how over four million annual visitors experience the building, while also reducing wait times and adding fascinating impressions. A spectacular, two-story model of the building marks the start of an exciting “journey”. Galleries immerse guests in the building’s history and mystique through cinematic quality films, immersive environments, interactive screens, models, photographs and authentic artefacts. With a new observatory level on the 80th floor, the viewing area has more than doubled.
