Convay

Convay is a last-mile delivery system tailored to residential spaces in Korea. Convay is a conveyer system that works together with couriers to reduce their heavy and physically demanding workload while also preventing parcel loss. Convay is located in the parking lot of the apartment complex. The courier scans the parcel on the Convay Hub, places it in the box designated by the Hub, and proceeds to the next location. When the recipient contacts Convay via a smartphone, Convay sends an elevator to the specific address, where the recipient of the package unlocks the box using the biometric recognition on the smartphone. Convay offers an evolved delivery system in a non-face-to-face society that will continue into the future, as well as a more pleasant work environment for courier workers, who are indispensable in our society.
