BioNTech is a biotech company, which, as a producer of vaccines, had to be built up into a strong brand within a very short period of time. To this end, a clear strategic framework was defined in order to reach all relevant target audiences. The brand architecture combines BioNTech (company brand), BioNTech-Pfizer (public brand) and Cominarty (product brand). Consistent design elements for all areas of use – including over 500 icons and images showing real BioNTech scientists to lend the brand a high degree of authenticity – help create a brand identity and facilitate brand recognition.
