  • Upload your digital boards

    The digital boards should include images and description of the concept. The boards are laid out how you want to present your concept to the jury. For example, the first page can be a summary with one images and a short description, while the 2nd page can be a description, and the third page can have images with captions. This is just a suggestion, you have the freedom to decide how to layout the boards. 

     

    Format Requirements
    - jpg format only
    - 5 pages or less
    - Maximum 2Mb or less in file size for each page
    - A3 sized
    - portrait orientation
    - Font size: at least 12 points
    - Text is clear and readable
    - bottom left corner: page numbers and total number of pages
    - Remove all organisation’s logo, names and images of designers. The presentation boards should be anonymous.

  • Provide additional materials: Video

    This is optional, there is no added fees to submitting a video to supplement your entry. Applicable during Final Judging phase and from 24 March for late entries. Include a link from which we can download your video. 

     

    Format requirements

    - size: maximum 300Mb
    - format: avi, mp4, mov, wmv
    - duration: 3 minutes or less

  • Provide additional materials: Prototype/Model

    This is optional, there are additional fees that will be incurred. Applicable during Final Judging phase and from 24 March for late entries. Delivery from 2 - 20 May.

     

    Standard:
    The prototype is smaller than 0.5 m x 0.5 m x 0.5 m OR weighs less than 25kg. The administration fee is SGD100. The fee does not include shipping the prototype or mock-up to and from the judging location.
    Large:
    The prototype is larger than 0.5 m x 0.5 m x 0.5 m but smaller than 1 m x 1 m x 1 m, it weighs between 25kg to 50kg. The administration fee for large size prototype is SGD200. The fee does not include shipping the prototype or mock-up to and from the judging location.
    Oversize:
    Please contact us for oversized prototypes. An oversized prototype is larger than 1 m x 1 m x 1 m OR weighs more than 50kg
